I am an accomplished housing and property professional with over 16 years of experience spanning housing development, property investment, strategic management, and community-focused initiatives. As Director of Choice Housing, I provide strategic leadership focused on sustainable growth, quality housing delivery, responsible investment, and creating positive and lasting community impact.
Throughout my career, I have built my success on strategic vision, strong leadership, financial discipline, property expertise, project management, negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. I have developed the ability to identify opportunities, manage complex projects, build strategic partnerships, and turn organisational objectives into measurable results.

I believe successful housing is about more than developing properties; it is about creating safe, sustainable, accessible communities while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
Over the years, I have led multidisciplinary teams, managed competing priorities, controlled costs, overseen project delivery, and developed productive relationships with investors, developers, government bodies, contractors, and community stakeholders.

- Responsible for the administration, management and delivery of all housingprogrammes, services and management of over 150 properties – in Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon, Wandsworth, Haringey, Buckinghamshire, Southampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Wakefield, Stockport and Hampshire
- Responsible for ensuring that the department work within the terms and conditions established in the Management Agreement between Choice Support and the 25 registered social landlords; housing providers and submitting all returns to the RSL as stipulated in the management agreements.
- Responsible for building good relationships with all RSLs, contractors and suppliers of goods and services
- Responsible for ensuring that all tenders for housing related work is done in accordance with Choice Support Standing Financial Order and scheme of delegation
- Responsible for ensuring that contracts and contractors are regularly supervised
- Responsible for the Management of tenant relations in order to ensure that tenants needs are reasonably met and that tenants comply with the terms and conditions of their tenancy agreement
- Responsible for the Housing department’s annual budget setting, rent setting, rent collection, lettings and void space management
- Responsible for property acquisitions, disposals, lease transfers, lease back of properties and all associated legal and compliance matters
- Responsible for the management of welfare benefits schedules, welfare benefitapplication housing repairs, ordering and all housing maintenance
- Responsible for the Implementation and administration of Housing policies andprocedures
- Responsible for ensuring that Housing officers respond to and manage crisis and/or emergency situations
- Responsible for the provision of strategic and operational direction to the Board of Trustees and senior management on Housing related matters
- Responsible for the leadership and development of Choice Support’s housing department and support team
- I am the corporate appointeeship for over 400 people we support that are unable to manage their own finances and welfare benefit responsibilities
